Through the Looking Glass:
Seeing the World with an Open Mind 

This introductory training delves into core concepts such as implicit bias, and how to identify various -isms in the workplace.

Reimagining Justice: Perspectives on Liberation 

This training begins by introducing the concept of intersectionality and its historical and social impacts. We will discuss how various policies, practices, national narratives, and media play a role in shaping societal constructs.

Out of the Closet and
Into the Streets 

This introductory workshop covers the basics of identity within the community.

We will explore the acronym and define each letter, as well as the meanings behind the colors of the standard flag and various subgroup flags. 

Stories of Change: A Journey Through History

This presentation educates participants on lesser-known events outside of the well-publicized Stonewall Riots and how they sparked change and a movement for the community. We will highlight pioneers and their contributions, taking you through a timeline of significant moments and promises for the future.

Lives and Liberation I: Understanding Gender

This workshop segment introduces participants to the concept of gender from a liberatory and inclusive perspective. They will gain a better understanding of the differences between gender, presentation, and expression.

Lives and Liberation II: Understanding Non-Conforming Experiences 

This workshop provides an in-depth look at societal constructs and their impact on individuals who do not conform to traditional norms. We will explore how these constructs can be used as tools for oppression and discuss ways to work towards a more equitable society.

Allyship and You

In this training, we will discuss what allyship is, its importance, and how to dismantle barriers that hinder support for marginalized communities.

This training discusses the definition of consent, what it looks and sounds like, and barriers to consent, such as power dynamics and grooming.
