We provide a comprehensive range of Cultural Equity Trainings designed for businesses and community organizations committed to fostering inclusive workplaces for trans and gender non-conforming individuals and to promoting racial equity. Our trainings aim to enhance competence and ensure compliance with gender-inclusive and anti-racist practices, benefiting employers and employees throughout Chicago and the Midwest. 

Through the Looking Glass: Seeing the World with an Inclusive Lens

This introductory training introduces and breaks down concepts such as implicit, gender, and racial biases and how to identify --isms in the workplace.


We will examine intersectionality and the privileges and injustices that come with it. The social construction of race has had historical and social impacts, and we will discuss how the media, policies, practices, and national narratives play a role.


After defining the gender spectrum, we will explore cultural competency and give tools on how to check our own biases. Using activities, we will learn how to shift the culture and create a sustainable workspace.

Antiracism, from a BIPOC Liberation Perspective

​This training opens by introducing intersectionality and its historical and social impacts. We will discuss the social construction of race and how policies, practices, national narratives, and media play a role.


Looking at history, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the historical roots of modern-day movements such as the Black Lives Matter movement. Participants will also be introduced to key historical figures and unsung leaders who were imperative to Black liberation and Black Queer liberation.


Participants will explore abolition from a Black, Queer perspective and discuss strategies on how to reimagine public safety that centers on the needs and experiences of Black, Queer individuals.
